Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ฉ Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that nurture leads and engage audiences (parents, students, schools).

๐Ÿ“ Content Development: Ideate and create impactful content (blogs, newsletters, video scripts, ad copies, and collateral).

๐Ÿ“ฑ Social Media Management: Lead brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including campaign design, calendar planning, and performance tracking.

๐ŸŽจ Brand Collateral: Coordinate with designers to develop website creatives, brochures, pitch decks, and digital ads aligned with the brand voice.

๐ŸŒ Website Content Oversight: Work with product team to manage content flow, update pages, and optimize messaging.

๐Ÿ“Š CRM Integration (Good-to-Have): Support integration of marketing workflows with CRM(LSQ) tools for lead capture and segmentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s in English, Journalism, Mass Comm, or related fields
  • 2โ€“5 years of hands-on experience in content-led marketing roles
  • Demonstrated experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of social media content creation and coordination with designers/video editors
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication sense
  • Self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and timelines
