Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase Breakthrough’s reach, awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Utilize various digital marketing channels including but not limited to social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to reach target audiences effectively.
Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Video) to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Create and manage YouTube advertising campaigns, including video ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into strategies and campaigns.
Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in major search engines including HTML, site structure, page layout and navigation considerations
Coordinate with the Web team to maintain, develop and optimize key digital assets, including but not limited to any ongoing campaign microsites and landing pages.

Skills, Competencies & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 7-9 years of work experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of PPC advertising principles.
Proficiency with html coding
Experience with YouTube advertising, including video ad creation and optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
