HR Executive

ESAF Hospital & Research Centre, under the management of ESAF Foundation, is inviting applications for the position of HR Executive/HR Manager. The role requires an energetic and dedicated professional to manage end-to-end human resources functions within the hospital. The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws, while also ensuring a healthy and motivating work culture. The position demands active involvement in staff training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on fostering collaboration between hospital management and employees. Candidates with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, coupled with relevant experience in HR and hospital administration, will be preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this role.
