Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation.
- Support on boarding and exit formalities for staff.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor communication.
- Assist in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal staff queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social impact hiring in Odisha.
Proficiency in Odia language is an added advantage.
Proven track record of successfully filling various positions at different levels within an organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Important Note: Candidate has to be based in Sundargarh and this is a Work from office role 6 days per week.
