Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Fundraiser Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating funds through donor outreach, proposal writing, and organizing fundraising campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential donors (individuals, corporates, and institutions)
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new donors
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, drives, and events
Prepare impactful proposals and presentations for funding
Maintain donor database and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and presentation abilities
Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or NGO work is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven
