About Us:

Head Held High Foundation is a Bengaluru-based nonprofit working to end rural poverty by empowering youth through education, skills, and livelihood programs.

Role Overview:

Head Held High Foundation is hiring Career Coaches to guide youth in career planning, skill development, and connecting with the right opportunities. This role involves one-on-one and group sessions to empower individuals in their career journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group career guidance sessions
• Help individuals identify skills, interests, and career paths
• Maintain progress records and documentation
• Collaborate with local partners and employers
• Travel locally as required

Qualifications

• Graduate (MSW/BSW/Psychology preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in coaching, training, or counseling
• Good Communication skills in Hindi, Marathi (only for Maharashtra candidates) and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
 

Locations:📍Rewa ( Madhya Pradesh )📍Nagpur, Bhandara, Chandrapur (Maharashtra)
