Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – DT CoE Location: Delhi NCR Region Position Summary The Associate / Senior Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of programs under the Centre of Excellence - DT, managing the DiTSI (Digital Toolbook for Social Impact) platform, driving content creation and dissemination. This individual will contribute to the successful execution of the Digital Transformation for Social Impact (DTSI) program, facilitate engagement on the alumni platform, and support project management activities aligned with the Centre’s goals. Objectives of the Role ● Support the implementation of the DTSI program to ensure their smooth execution ● Manage content creation and engagement strategies for the DiTSI and Alma Connect platforms ● Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of project management activities Key Responsibilities Program Implementation & Support ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the DTSI program ● Monitor program timelines, track deliverables, and identify solutions to potential challenges ● Provide logistical and operational support during program activities and events Content Creation & Alumni Engagement ● Create, publish, and manage engaging content on the alumni platform (Alma Connect) as well as the DiTSI platform to foster active participation ● Design and execute strategies to enhance engagement and collaboration among alumni ● Monitor platform analytics to identify trends, improve user experience, and increase participation ● Support in the quarterly upgrades for DiTSI by doing vendor management Project Coordination ● Coordinate multiple projects under the Centre, ensuring timelines, objectives, and deliverables are met ● Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all program-related activities ● Provide administrative support, including scheduling, and stakeholder communication India Leaders for Social Sector Qualifications Education and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience.
