- Building collaborative models: You'll design ways for different organizations (NGOs, government, companies, financial institutions) to work together seamlessly so that the individuals we support (workers, entrepreneurs, farmers) can access ongoing opportunities for economic growth over several years.
- Making our network financially sustainable: You'll help create financial plans to lower our expenses and explore new ways to generate income for the long-term health of the network.
- Supporting our partners on the ground: You'll work closely with our partner NGOs to understand their challenges and help them use the network effectively to provide comprehensive support to their communities.
- Working well with others: You'll ensure good communication and teamwork within our team and with other relevant departments.
- Tracking progress and reporting: You'll create regular, insightful reports that show the status of our programs, projects, and key milestones. You'll also make sure we have effective systems in place to monitor and report on all our activities.
- Improving our programs: You'll ensure we learn from our experiences and research to continuously improve the quality of our programs.
- Developing our team: You'll foster a culture of coaching and mentorship to help team members grow their skills.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in setting up how new products or services are delivered, implementing go-to-market strategies, and scaling up startups.
- Collaboration skills: Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of different types of organizations.

- Project management expertise: Strong skills in managing complex, multi-faceted projects, with the ability to prioritize effectively when faced with multiple or sometimes conflicting demands. You should be good at estimating the time and effort needed for tasks and projects and breaking down processes into manageable steps.
